went for lunch wif my uncle and sis at raffles city. was quite nice lah. very full thou.. they went to bras basah complex while i left for trng. had been waiting for this day since last tuesday. hehs. then shannon and stan both kept saying that 'monday wud nvr cme'. hahah. it did okaye. was so so glad when i reached knc. while i was changing into my shoes, stan said 'rachel, she's not coming. jus now they said very loudly.' [they as in nygh nballers] i felt so down okaye. waited so long for this day in vain. i almost cried, u noe. aniwaes. there were only ten of us. oh wells. looking at the nygh pple, they looked very strong. it was raining non-stop lor. the floor was super slippery. cant catch ball properly either. bleahs. started warm ups when mary finally came. she was at parkway wif her laogong[larry] when we called her at 215. she obviously forgot that we were meeting at 2pm for warmups. oh wells. did warmups wif a heavy heart, wif constant screams cming frm mary's ultra big voice. was getting irritating. i wanted to totally shut her off lor. grrrx. the rain was still disturbing us. cudnt carry out passes properly. then mary said "u better catch the ball properly ok. if nanyang can do it, so can you. it only depends on who does it better. continue!" that reallie woke us up. i tink, we reallie cant do wifout a bit of scolding. then, everyone started to catch properly. then, it was 3pm. the game vs nygh was starting. mary gave out positions. i had a feeling that i wudnt be put out to play in the first quart cos fizah was there. and fizah was definitely better than me. as expected, i was the umpire. started. then halfway thru the first quart, i noticed someone wif light brownish hair sitting at the bench behind me. jus before the nxt centre pass, i quickly took the time to turn arnd to catch a glimpse of who it was -- it was [her]. turning back to the game, i blew for the centre pass. concentrating, but still noeing that someone was behind me. hehs. aft the first quart ended, i ran to stan and glared at her. then she looked arnd, then started to laugh. that stupid stan bluffed me. hahah. i was too happy to argue wif her. then mary put me on court to play wingattack. [d u h, i mean, wat else wud she put me to play?] hahaha. anyway, i was so hyper oredi. made passes, made nice takes, made horrible passes. esp the one to jodd where it cud have been a wonderful lob to the shooter, directly underneath the pole, i had to pass a straight pass. i must have looked like an idiot frm outside. shit. i was so paiseh-ed. [she] was looking somemore!! played WA till the end. anyway, we won nanyang. (= nanyang was very rough. stan was punched.. lolx. they had better watch out mans. hahaha. anyway. according to mary, we put in 24 goals.. she said that by the end of the 2nd quart, nygh only put in 5.. which is a pathetic no.. so i tink the final score was abt 24-15. yeahh. rough estimate. oh wells. went to eat aft that. at kfc. had a fun time wif the nballers. so funny. went back to knc to play. started to play charades. [her] car was still there. hehs. was elated. anyway, while playing halfway, they wanted me to go say hi to [her]. i was pretty shy.. so i dint. [durh] then she left aft awhile.. surprisingly, [she] drove back again. hahah. they dared me to say hello. i shouted hello very loudly, then left. was very shy. stan was like, 'wah. i dont see rachel this shy anywhere else..' then [she] left. i promised that if [she] drove back, i wud go say hi. i was tinking, obviously she wudnt drive back rite. we cont playing charades. then shu, shannon and char left. me, jodd, stan and weel were left. then, the impossible happened. [she] drove back. omg. stan was overcomed by giggles. they were like, 'rachel..' then [she] went to the toilet. jus nice, i had to go too. when i came out of the cubicle, [she] was putting on her contacts. i mustered up all my courage, and said hi. oh my gosh. [her] reaction was so cute. she turned, saw me, then flashed that brilliant smile, and said 'oh hi.' oh my gosh oh my gosh. my heart totally melted. then talked a bit, then i said bye. dint noe wat else to say to her. hahh. during the conversation, i kept washing my face. i must have looked superly stupid. dashed out. i was smiling so so widely. oh my gosh. then [she] fetched lix to nat stadium where they had weights trng. then she waved at me. i waved back. it was so cute okaye. oh wells. left soon after.
